The Third Exlibris Expo Exchange in Wujin Changzhou Exlibris Museum
The Wujin Changzhou Exlibris Museum is the second national museum in Wujin Changzhou, which creates a platform for exchange and exhibition and brings convenience to global authors , collectors and fans of exlibris. On the basis of the 2nd Exlibris Expo Exchange, we have adopted the public’s advice and been aimed to show integrate and free principle. Meanwhile, we expect that the public can put forward further suggestions. This museum is located in the center of Wujin. The west of the museum is to the tourist attraction of Yancheng, and the reverse side is the new world commercial center. Moreover, there is a citizen circle and local government in the north and the lemon community in the opposite of the museum, which owns the beautiful environment and rich culture breath. Consequently, we strive to make The Wujin Changzhou Exlibris Museum the best platform for exchange of the international Exlibris.
The 3rd Exlibris Expo Exchange of Wujin Changzhou will be held from 27th to 29th October,2017 in Phoenix Valley Gallery. Welcome members and friends to join us!
The notification of the exchange
1. Time and address
(1) time: 2017/10/27—2017/10/29
10/27: 9:00.a.m----18:00.p.m: registered personnel in place, arranging the booth, checking in hotel.
10/28: inauguration ceremony at 10.a.m, the exchange meeting and the activity of Taobao in the afternoon.
10/29: Exchange and academic discussion at 10:00.a.m, exchange and technique demonstration in the afternoon, dinner at 7:00.p.m.
10/30: visiting the major tourist spots at your own expense, then the exchange is end.
The arrangement will be revised and adjusted according to the real situation.

The introduction of the art galley: in total, the art galley has five storeys, and every storey’s area is 600 square metres. The bottom layer is the hall, which can be used to open ceremony, exhibition as well as activities and so on. The second and third floors are the exhibition rooms, and every exhibition room is nearly 80 meters long. The forth floor is Hui Nantian art galley, which displays the works of Mr. Nantian Hui and the introduction of his lifetime. The fifth floor is the exlibris museum, and the sixth floor is used to the calligraphy’s office room.
The introduction of Wu Jin Chang Zhou Holiday Hotel(5 star): It is the biggest branded hotel in Chang Zhou, which have two banqueting halls that take up more than 3000 square meters, and can be used to display various of exhibits as well as hold different kinds of exchange activities. Meanwhile, this hotel contains Chinese and Western restaurant, so you can enjoy different kinds of food as you like. The holiday hotel will introduce famous people in the fields of art and literature from elsewhere in order to make the hotel an Art Hotel. Therefore, welcome different kinds of art exhibition to enter Wu Jin Chang Zhou Holiday Hotel.

d. No Reserve Auction
e. the demonstration of exlibris’ technique
f. the lecture and seminar of exlibris

3. The registration fee of activity
l Openings one :20 members, the registration fee of participants is 200EUR or 250 USD(fee may change according to the real exchange rate), which contains data charges, lodging, meals, memorial book tickets and so on,
l Openings two :unlimited, the registration fee is 80EUR or 100USD(fee may change according to the real exchange rate).You can enjoy the following 1, 2, 4, 5 treatment, but the accommodation fees and other fees will pay by yourself, no time limit.
l Introduction:
(1).Everybody can get a handbook of Expo Exchange. You must publish your personal information in the handbook. (Need to offer one your photo, one presentation within 200 words and one or two different exlibris (HD electronic picture).Please send a word to our e-mail (gyy501231@sina.com) . The deadline is on September 1st ,2017.
(2).Everybody can get one exlibris which is designed and made by domestic and foreign famous artists .
(3).Everybody can have one booth, hang more than 8 exhibits and have a set of chairs and tables.
(4) Everybody can provide 5 bookplates to participate in Taobao activities.
(5).Everybody can attend a dinner party.
NOTE:20 members that paid the registration fee of 200EUR or 250 USD would full participate in activities.
All the people who haven’t paid the registration fees can participate in the activities of opening, visit, observation, discussion, Taobao activity, purchase, etc., but can’t enjoy any treatment for the registration fees.
